About me

The underwater world has fascinated me from the very first moment. Every time I descend, it feels as if I’m entering an entirely new world – almost like visiting another planet, just beneath the surface. While many people are drawn to open skies and mountain peaks, I’m irresistibly pulled towards depth. Down there, I find calm, wonder, and a unique sense of freedom that I’ve never experienced anywhere else.

What brings me even greater joy is sharing this feeling with others. As a dive instructor, it’s incredibly special to witness someone taking their first breaths underwater, losing their hesitation, and beginning to enjoy this world as much as I do.

After my very first introductory dive, my instructor at the time – and now good friend – Otto said to me: “One day, you’ll become a dive instructor with me.” Back then, I thought he was just joking. Today, I know he recognized something in me long before I did.

At the same time, protecting this unique world is deeply important to me. I am actively committed to ocean and environmental conservation – not only out of passion, but out of responsibility. I want future generations to experience the diversity, beauty, and serenity of the sea just as we know it today.
